LUCION MAIL DEVELOPER GUIDE · v0.4.17

Health and operations

Check the deployed release and collect support diagnostics safely.

Updated October 14, 2026Official product documentation

Health endpoint

Request `https://lucionmail.com/api/health` for the current release name, version, overall status, and dependency configuration booleans. It does not return credentials.

Release check

Request `/release-manifest.json` to inspect the public app version. Confirm HTTP 200, `Cache-Control: no-store`, and a version that matches the deployed artifact. Use the changelog for detailed release notes.

Safe support diagnostics

  • Include request time, route, status code, safe error message, API version, and request ID when present.
  • Do not include API-key values, Authorization headers, message content, recipient addresses, session cookies, or provider secrets.
  • Report key exposure promptly and revoke it before investigating logs.

Dependency failures

Storage and request-protection dependency failures fail closed for authenticated API operations. A `503` is a temporary service dependency failure; use bounded retry and preserve send idempotency data.
